[cap-talk] Owning the capability namespace

In a world where Google is the authoritative designator of the meaning
of terminology, I have a new and positive observation. A year or more
ago, we noticed that the phrase "capability based security" was owned by
the captalk/elang community: if you typed in these three words, the
first page was full of our stuff. However, "capability security" still
produced a random collection of stuff. 

We seem to be winning this war, at least. We still own "capability based
security". But now if you type in just the two words "capability" and
"security", 8 of those first ten hits are also ours; the number one hit
is by Norm Hardy. So I think we can reasonably conclude that we own the
phrase "capability security" as well.
