What browser are you thinking of? If you are thinking of Netscape and
descendants, unfortunately Netscape, like many others, has abused the
term. Netscape does not have capabilities as we would acknowledge them.
Though web calculus is pretty good at tricking the whole system
(including IE) into being more useful than it has any right to be.
