Unicode domain names are useful for people who speak languages that need
the extended character sets. What's of less use is a domain name with
characters from different languages. A partial solution would be to
have a default language encoding and flag characters that come from a
different one. It's only a partial solution because there may be
legitimate reasons to mix languages in a domain name, but at least
there's a warning.
