I like these modifications.
Just to be clear, the word 'trust' in 'trust relationship' was only
meant to describe the kind of relationship that is addressed, not to
imply that the relationship is imbued with trust by the petname
toolbar. Dropping some specificity to gain clarity is probably a good
tradeoff though.

Mark Miller coined the term "pet name". In my writings, I've
concatenated the two words to form "petname". I did this primarily to
give us a Google friendly name for the concept. I'll defer to MarkM on
the term to use.
