Or as later amended by Ian G. and accepted by Tyler C.:
______________________________________________
A petname toolbar records and displays the relationships between a user and
a web site. This indication enables user detection of phishing attacks. A
domain name display fails to communicate this information, leaving the user
vulnerable to a phishing attack.

I'm still in agreement with this "First point of consensus". I'll mention
that I've been trying to find a place to jump in to support Tyler's
efforts, but just keeping up with the variations and nuances has consumed
my available time. It seems to me he's had kind of a rough road. However,
I hope perhaps that by dealing with the terminology/wording issues and
clarifying the scope of the claimed consensus value was added.
Are we there yet?
