[cap-talk] cap-talk infrastructure problem?

cap-talk,

Just an infrastructure note.  This morning I sent some 6 messages to 
the cap-talk list that I have yet to see forwarded or archived.  I'm 
not sure what is going on there.

I'm sending this message partly as a test to see if it goes 
through.  If so I'll start resending those previous messages.  Of 
course there is a hazard that they have been queued somewhere and 
will suddenly show up.

The bind I'm in is that I sent those messages promptly because I feel 
some of this discussion is at a critical juncture and I want to do 
what I can to keep it on track and avoid flap.  Having them delayed 
of course defeats that purpose, so I feel trying them again (perhaps 
one at a time with delays in between) is a reasonable course of action.
