Where is the capability to upload a Java class (not YURL) to the 
server?  Should
I instantiate the class loader?  I haven't tried that with Waterken yet.
I guess this asks the question about class unloading and versioning.
Can I download a Java classfile across the network with a YURL?
Where is the capability to upload a XSLT file to the server?
Are we going to use SCP, or is there a better mechanism (HTTPS, HTTPSY?).

Unrelated question:  Is XSLT object oriented?  With ways of declaring
inheritance?
