The term "webkeys" is our marketing experiment in relabeling YURLs and Web
Calculus. A number of people have reported that the term "web calculus" puts
them off. A "webkey" is really just another name for a capability-as-data
YURL, i.e., a URL having the Y property, and which bundles in permission to
access whatever it designates, i.e., YURLs as used in the web calculus.
