But you can do capabilities in Java (if you prohibit static variables). The
"approach" to which you refer is just an unnecessary layer bolted on top,
which is not inherently tied to the language... It wouldn't make sense to
call Java's redundant security model "object-oriented security" since it's
really not fundamentally tied to OOP.
