At the moment, the Waterken server can return either XML (the only
mandatory web-calculus format) or HTML (built from XML + XSLT). The
Waterken server never generates responses in urlencoded format, but it
can process incoming requests in that format in order to support web
browsers. urlencoded format doesn't seem very useful outside of web
browsers.
