I reply again to this mail again because I just finished writing down
a bunch of stuff that had not appeared outside the formidable manual.

It shows several ways that the resource hierarchy was used in Keykos.
I hope Charlie or Bill will expose any serious errors there.
It needs polishing but I am tired and hot. (It is about 100 F now.)
