If you get around to implementing this, be aware of Paytrust's scheme
for letting a user describe their bill paying preferences.  You can
say things like "Automatically pay any bill less than $n from this
vendor once a month without bothering me".  You probably don't need a
very large language to describe everything the user wants to say about
what micropayments he is willing to make.
