[cap-talk] Relevant Conferences

My apologies for the cross-post but I wanted to cast as wide a net as
possible.

Does anyone maintain a list of conferences where object-capability
material would be relevant? I'm currently in the market for a conference
at which a paper that delves into the untapped possibilities of the
object-capability model would be suited. Something with a closing date
for submissions that's before the end of September this year would be
good, since I'm leaving my current employer then to head back to
university (which might complicate the publishing process).
Failing that, any conferences at which an access control paper that's
more on the theoretical side of the spectrum (rather than the actual
practial implementation "look what I built" sort of thing) would be good.

Thanks all for your time,
Toby
