[cap-talk] An Extended Web Calculus Tutorial

Hi cap-tallk and waterken-server,

Firstly, apologies for the cross post for those who receive multiple
copies of this message.

In some recent quiet time I've been working on an extended tutorial for
the web calculus, designed as an introduction for the ordinary web
programmer (who may not be across many of the more technical aspects).

At the time I began writing the tutorial, Sandro's .NET web-calculus
implementation was much less mature than it is now so I chose to focus
on the Waterken Java implementation instead; although the tutorial could
easily be be rewritten I think.

I would love any feedback from people on these lists, positive or
negative. I think it's important to have good introductory material for
good technologies.
