[cap-talk] Persistence and capabilities in OSes

Hi,

Basically, I'm wanting to develop a microkernel in Ada and have also
been thinking about capabilities mainly (with a little bit of
persistence thrown in).

I'd just like to know if there's any points I've missed, whether I
should strive towards a cap-os or not, if I'm on the right/wrong lines,
etc.
