I have no objections to linking the page to the wiki, but I am more
comfortable updating it locally because I have an established editor setup
that makes the update easy.
If someone wants to update the list, just send a link to cap-talk or
directly to me. I guarantee that nothing will be deleted, the list will
only grow.
Corrections are always welcome.
