So, I went to Yahoo's site to sign up, but found the following in the
terms of service:

# You agree to not use the Service to:

#    1. upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that is

#   13. collect or store personal data about other users.

I can't agree to as vague a restriction as not posting anything
"otherwise objectionable", or to not storing any personal data about
other users. (The latter condition would be more reasonable if it said
"for commercial or marketing purposes".)

Anyway, I agree with Kevin Reid's first post in this thread. This
subject is clearly on-topic for cap-talk.
