Jonathan agrees. Jonathan could not imagine that anyone would dust off
the Xanadu case as a supporting example for much of anything -- the
situation was far too unique to generalize in any way. I therefore
assumed that it was raised because several participants here were
associated with Xanadu.

It seems I was wrong, and if so, I apologize for misunderstanding.
