[cap-talk] Memory Accounting without partitions

There are many interesting ideas on this thread about an important  
problem.
I have not assimilated some of them yet.
They did provoke me to write a page here:
(http://cap-lore.com/Economics/Public.html) about our features and  
plans for Keykos.

In Keykos we bottomed out with elements of the hardware by making  
those accessible via capabilities.
We could solve in Keykos many of the resource issues being debated here.
Eros and its descendants can do the same if I understand their  
schedules construct correctly.
I have not made much progress in moving these ideas to language based  
platforms.
