[cap-talk] New horton animation up

The Horton protocol has changed some since Meng posted 
<http://mengwong.com/misc/horton-protocol-20061228.pdf>. The new protocol is 
actually simpler and provides more functionality. At 
<http://erights.org/elib/capability/horton/> I've posted a new animation that 
lacks all of Meng's artistry, does not yet have any explanatory text, but is 
detailed enough to use for walking through the code.

The code itself is being written in Joe-E/Waterken, and will be posted soon. 
Explanations will come. Enjoy.
