I've been coding a UI in Flash using the Flex 2 environment from Adobe.
It should do the job nicely. The SDK is free, and you can get a 30 day
trial on the Eclipse plug-in. After 30 days you should be able to work
without the plug-in. You may have to as it costs $500 :(
