The unfortunate reality is that the "public" doesn't need experts when 
the general perception supports the first law's hypothesis.  Many of you 
have probably been following the hacking of iPhones.  Earlier this week 
the following article was posted on eWeek: 
http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,1895,2191373,00.asp talking about how 
the iPhone has not only been hacked, but that it is a great platform to 
compromise other devices. 

One could hope that events like this at where it ultimately leads would 
be an impetus to start thinking of other security models than ambient 
authority.  Given that backdrop, deploying ocap systems with wide 
adoption, acceptance and successful use could turn the tide away from 
the currently entrenched state of affairs.  Note that I contend 
systematic thinking.
