I ran into an interesting paper, Exploiting Concurrency
Vulnerabilities in System Call Wrappers, in the Usenix Workshop On
Offensive Technologies. It doesn't tell us anything that we didn't
already know, but it could be useful to have a reference to a
published paper stating the things we know :-) The paper even cites
