things like chroot jails presumably are kinda attempts to get
independent compartments into traditional swiss-cheese bailing
situations? does that approach, of trying to offer little safe worlds
inside (rather than under or above or next to) the swiss-cheese world,
seem like a place for wider/better/newser POLA solutions to gain
traction?
