Waterken's sources should be available at http://waterken.sf.net/. I'm
not sure what state of readiness they are in given the recent rewrite,
but I did a port of the web-calculus code to ASP.NET way back when. It's
still running here:

The source for the C# wiki code is browsable here:
http://web-calculus.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/web-calculus/trunk/yurl.org/
The schemas are also still accessible: http://yurl.org/
I'm not sure how much they've changed in the new Waterken releases.
