Given that you're planning to use Caja, you might want to
start with TiddlyWiki[1], which is written in JavaScript.
I suspect that converting TW to conform to Caja restrictions
and then refactoring to gain maximum benefit from OCap
patterns would be the easiest path.

I'm unclear about what you hope to accomplish.
As Shap has noted in other threads, most wiki owners aren't
really looking for an OCap access model to protect their
wiki pages.

On the other hand, an interesting thought would be to use
the TW approach of a personal wiki as a kind of "browser"
into OCap content repositories.
