It is! But it's very much to be read as non-confrontational. You are  
obviously very passionate about the topic of capabilities, and have  
repeatedly expressed your frustration about these ideas not reaching a  
wider audience. I've identified two concrete problems with their  
dissemination and am inviting you to attack one of them outright, and  
offering to assist you in the (worthwhile) endeavor.
