[cap-talk] C-like Capability language

How much of the work in the agorics papers is covered by the patents
listed on the agorics, inc. website?
Things like the elevator auction, etc.  Perhaps more agoric systems
haven't been built due to patent issues?  Would the hypothetical
agoric kernel scheduler mentioned above be in violation?
