[cap-talk] do caps-in-URLs work in practice? (was: Disabling clipboard access in Internet Explorer)

Could you use <link rel="alternate" media="print"
href="./printable_version"> to downgrade the capability that shows up on the
printed page, or launder it entirely by using a generic URL that displays
printable content based on a webkey in the referrer?
