[cap-talk] Drag & "Attenuated" Drop?

How about read only being the default, and if you want to add write  
attenuation,
you could right click on the dropped file to add write attenuation.   
If you want to remove
read permissions, then that would be a right click as well.  The user  
could set up default attenuation in his system wide preferences pane,  
one option would be to always bring
up the original popup for those that want full control.
