[cap-talk] do caps-in-URLs work in practice? (was: Disabling clipboard access in Internet Explorer)

I just read an article on Google Hacking.  One of the examples revealed URLs that weren't explicitly included in any pages.  Has anyone tried to find caps-in-URLs using such techniques?
