I believe that in the strongest forms of object capability (e.g. 
objects in E) these two authorities are tightly bound together in 
what practitioners of the art feel is a particularly compelling 
unit.  Even separating them from that single binding means you are 
dealing with less than a "pure" capability.  However, we deal with 
such compromise sorts of situations all the time, so if you'd like to:

>I want to demonstrate the consequences of this difference.

then demonstrate away.  We're listening.  Make a compelling case
(i.e. show some potential value) and you may get some interaction.
