I suspect you are on to something, but I think you are reifying the
concept of a persistent powerbox. If your goal is to make it possible
for the end-user to act on behalf of diverse interests, such that they
do not "trust themselves" (in some sense) with the assets of one
interest when they are behaving on behalf of another interest, then
that's imho a cool idea. But "user" and "owner" may not be the only --
or even the most parsimonious -- interests to represent.
