Ah, for me the above sentences cleared up a lot.
I have a MySpace account:

but I've only used it for testing and never
thought much about the ages listed.

Do people just depend on the ages that
are listed with the accounts?  Is what
you are really trying to do then amount
to getting known accurate age information
into MySpace accounts?  At least for
some accounts - those for children?
