Hey all,
My name is Jimmy Wylie. I am an undergraduate computer science major at the
University of New Orleans. Currently, I am in an independent study course
researching programming language security. As part of the course, I am
researching Object-Capabilities and object capability languages. I am also
working through Marc Stiegler's E tutorial.

What I wanted to ask is if you all have ideas or projects for a potential
undergrad thesis topics? I am very interested in Object-capabilities and
wanted to continue to research it after the course as part of my thesis. I
was thinking about writing on the difficulty of switching to
object-capabilities coming from a primarily object-oriented background.
Another idea, I had, was looking into the feasibility of re-implementing
parts of the Windows API or Posix API using an object-capability language
like E.

Your opinions on these ideas and any other suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

Many Thanks,
Jimmy Wylie
