BTW, I might be able to get a very little funding to work on
capabilities, but I suspect implementing and commenting two such systems
may need quite some work, and I'd be interested in co-authoring this
paper.
Would someone be able to also allocate some resources to this idea in
the nexts months? I'd like to do the implementations in E or Common Lisp
(but both in the same language, obviously).
