a tool which has nothing upon which to work is not a useful tool.
an approach to security which is predicated upon some approach to data
that is unlikely to work in the real world is not a useful approach to
security.
(true that it doesn't matter if it is caps or acls or whatever in that
case. but the quote was about power boxes which i think are about
caps, not acls?)
