Hypothesis: using "To: e-lang at ..., cap-talk at ..." produces duplicate messages, but "To: e-lang at ..." and "Cc: cap-talk at ..." (or vice-versa) does not. If this message is duplicated then the hypothesis is falsified. Sorry for the noise. -- David-Sarah Hopwood ⚥
