[cap-talk] Priorotized ACEs and sum of minterms notation?

Trying to describe different forms of access control, I am using basic set
theory and boolean algebra to bring access control descriptions back to
canonical 'sum of minterms' notation. Now I am trying to do the same for
windows ACL, but unfortunately the fact that windows ACL uses
'prioritized' ACEs makes it not directly fit for transformation to
canonical form.
Before I go and reinvent the wheel, does anyone know of a good description
of refactoring the priority out of windows ACL descriptions?
