Tyler's Waterken server <http://waterken.sourceforge.net/> implements web
keys and could be called a capability web server. It has the advantage of
having real users, and so has gotten past some of the teething problems
with new software.
The one I'm working on for CapROS <http://capros.sourceforge.net/> runs in
a capability OS, so it must be capability secure. :-) It is in such a
embryonic state that the design is still being discussed. It only supports
HTTP 1.1, a position that will only change if there is an HTTP 1.2, or a
really compelling business case is made for supporting old, insecure
browsers. It does not yet support the POST method.
Cheers - Bill
