I fully agree with Mitsu Hadeishi here. I also agree with David-Sarah
Hopwood's points about assurance. I look forward to seeing a description of
Mitsu's system.
What has not been pointed out is, deployed systems that use the capability
paradigm are useful, both as teaching examples, and as proofs of
practicality. Unfortunately, even after all these years, we still need
systems for these purposes.
