Well I would be happy enough with a top-to-bottom cap system allows for the efficient and easy application of POLA.  (Acutally I would be more than happy- elated even:) )
I just mentioned the verification because it was mentioned in the previous toing-froing messages of the debate in this thread. Projects like Coyotos show that current state-of-the-art permits me to realistically dream of such a thing.
