[cap-talk] A couple of hp tech reports on sharing and scala

So, I've lately put out a couple of HP tech reports that might be interesting to people. The most relevant is "Rich Sharing for the Web", which fleshes out the brief discussion of the 6 degrees of sharing in Not One Click For Security. I also did a short paper on mitigating the hazards in Scala's actors model, derived from the work I did implementing promise pipelining in OCaml.
