[cap-talk] Java ambient authority

Isn't it a problem in Java and perhaps Joe-E (and other languages)
that the main method in a class is always in ambient authority? Is it
possible to make a main method private or protected? Perhaps instead
of accepting parameters, parameters should come from the system as
capabilities? Can you instantiate an object directly from the
command line? like java -new MyClass.class
