Normally in a capability system, the original permitter for any given
object is the creator of that object.

Make sure that you're subscribed with the same address you are
posting under. If all else fails, add subscriptions that are set
not to receive mail, for all of your addresses that mailman might
think you are posting under (I'm not sure precisely how it determines
the posting address -- possibilities include From:, Sender:, or
the SMTP FROM address).
