Try building a model for security for the brain. Yes, I know 1) Diet
2) Exercise 3) Sleep 4) Schedule 5) Hygiene and perhaps 6) Religion.
Hmm. I ate some ice cream 3 hours ago, and I'm up late. Not doing so
well.
