Guido van Rossum is interested. Maybe the secret to getting GvR
interested in such things is to keep the word "capability" out of
it? He worked with Tanenbaum on Amoeba in his youth. Amoeba was a
password-capability distributed operating system. [1]
Anyway, Mark Seaborn should offer his CapPython (possibly quickly
renamed "SecPython" :-)) as a solution to this challenge.
