[cap-talk] Looking for a citation

You may have noticed that I've disappeared from the discussion. That's because I've got a paper deadline this week. I've got the text in pretty good shape, and I'm now searching for relevant citations. (I know. I'm supposed to do the literature search before I start the work, but I don't know what the papers are telling me until I've done it myself.)

There's one reference I can't find, one for the Just-Click-OK problem. Do any of you know of a published user study that shows too many dialog boxes trains people to click OK without looking? I've been through Usability and Security by Cranor and Garfinkel, 10 years of Usenix Security, all of SOUPS, and every CHI conference that mentions security.

Here's an interesting statistic from my search. At least 80% of the papers on usable security are related to authentication (SOUPS is an exception having only about half), and most of the rest are related to privacy.
