[cap-talk] cross network request in opera.

I notice that the Opera browser let's you know when there's a cross network request.  See attached screenshot.  Hopefully, this message doesn't frighten you :)  None of the other browsers I tried notified me.  Maybe I'll be using Opera more in the future!
