[cap-talk] TCP encryption

Considering governments monitor internet traffic after anti terrorism laws
were introduced , it has some interesting implications. Either they need
some heavy duty decryption , they will need to change the legislation or
they will ban it ( similar to the DES 128 bit ban in the past) . Obviously
it's all senseless since anyone who has something to hide will hide it
pretty well .

Apart from SSL there are no standards and if ubiquitous it needs to run on
smart phones , ipads etc ..Which is quite different from a top of the line 8
Core server

Didn't IP6 have a encryption in the protocol ?
